1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Enviteo ("the Service"), available at https://app.enviteo.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Enviteo is a digital invitation creation platform that enables users to design, customize, preview, and publish responsive web invitations with personalized URLs (e.g. invite.enviteo.site/username/event-name), interactive Google Maps venue directions, photo galleries, schedule timelines, and event information.

3. User Accounts, Authentication & Google OAuth

To save drafts and publish live invitation sites, you must authenticate through Google OAuth or supported authentication methods. By signing in, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate authentication details and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• When claiming a username namespace (e.g. invite.enviteo.site/yourname), you will not choose a username that infringes upon any trademark, intellectual property, or impersonates another person or brand.
• We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign any username that is determined to be deceptive, abusive, or infringing.
• Your authentication data received from Google OAuth will be used solely for session management and account identification, in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all text, images, schedules, and information you upload to your invitations.

By publishing an invitation on Enviteo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, render, cache, and serve your invitation to anyone who visits your unique URL.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Enviteo for any unlawful purpose. You may not publish content that:

• Is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Violates the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Contains malicious code, malware, viruses, phishing links, or unauthorized spam.
• Attempts to bypass or disrupt platform security, rate limits, or CDN hosting infrastructure.

6. Global Hosting & Service Availability

Published invitations are served globally via Cloudflare CDN edge infrastructure and Supabase databases. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability (aiming for 99.9% availability), Enviteo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination & Content Removal

We reserve the right to unpublish invitations, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, infringe upon third-party rights, or present security risks to our infrastructure. Users may delete their invitations or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Enviteo following the posting of modifications indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
